Note on Est. Δ Vol. Estimated change in volume is a directional indicator, not a precise forecast. It assumes departing and arriving loan officers produce at their company's current average volume-per-LO — which is rarely literally true. New hires typically ramp up over months; departing top producers carried above-average books. Read the number as a compass for trend direction, not a precision dollar impact.
